Six Things I’m Frightened to Admit Publicly

Life.
Sure it goes on.
But what makes life unique are the uncertainties of where it will take us. And fears that come with it. People are constantly judging others, being judged by others, or keeping secrets so they are not judged at all. I have always been the outspoken one but of course, just like everyone else, I have my own fears that I was too afraid to say out loud.

VaticanCity
So today’s post is dedicated to Conquering Fears. I decided to share Six Things I’m Frightened to Admit Publicly:

  • I constantly ask/text my niece to confirm if the grammar of my English sentence is okay. I  went to university on full scholarship, have a double major degree, & graduated with honors.
  • I’m awfully scared of crossing roads & tooth pains than actual death.
  • I secretly wish I lived close to Times Square in New York City. Own a beautiful cozy apartment, walk around the house barefoot & live it up.  All Alone!
  • I like Disney movies so much more than actual grownup movies because they are cuter, more entertaining, hopeful, and always-with-a-happy-ending. I’m in my late 20s.
  • I’m a hard core foodie who hateeeeeeeeeessssss to cook. I should add a cook, a butler, & a maid on my wish-list after NYC apartment.
  • I like clothes that are on mannequins a lot better comparing to when they are folded or hanged.

I also have to admit that I’m feeling nervous publishing this post. Hopefully I will look at it years later {may be even from my cozy NYC apartment} and laugh at how things have turned out. Or may be I’ll share a blog post with hysterical grammatical mistakes about what happened when I crossed a road alone 😉

  1. You are not alone. I am far more terrified of tooth pain than death, I generally prefer cartoons to “grown-up” movies (in my 30s, btw), and I still ask folks to check my grammar and mechanics (English Major one year out from my MA). The last is the only one I struggle with admitting to, though.
